SHIPPING POLICY 

General: Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.

Domestic Shipping: We ship free of charge to all continental US destinations. Yes, for everything you order on bloomberryboutique.com, shipping is on us!

Unfortunately we are unable to deliver at the moment to the following destinations:

  • Hawaii, Alaska & Puerto Rico
  • P.O Box Addresses
  • APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses

International Shipping: We currently deliver to the following destinations:

  • Canada & Mexico
  • Asia: Australia, Hong Kong, Japan, Macao, Malaysia, New Caledonia, New Zeland, Singapore, South Korea
  • Europe: Aland Islands, Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Vatican City State, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Jersey, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, San Marino, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom

Processing & Delivery: Processing time usually takes 1-3 business day and orders will arrive within 5-14 business days from when the order is processed (unless otherwise stated in the product description or your confirmation email). Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday – Friday.

Business Days & Holidays: All orders process and ship Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Packages do not ship from our distribution centers on weekends or the following US holidays:

Please note that during peak demand times (such as Christmas, Valentine's Day and Black Friday weekend) deliveries may take longer than expected.

Multiple Shipments: To better service our clients, we use merchandise inventory from all our partners warehouses across the US and overseas. You will receive multiple shipments when your order is being fulfilled by multiple warehouse locations. You will receive notification via email when your order is being split into multiple shipments. There is no additional shipping fee when your order is split into multiple shipments. Alternately, we may combine multiple orders into one shipment. 

Tracking Orders: When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail. The majority of our orders are shipped within 2-3 business days after the order has been placed. The e-mail will contain shipment details and your tracking number. You can check on the status of your order at any time by going to the following page ``Track Order``. You can also reach out to our customer support team at info@bloomberry.store or write to us from the Contact Us page to ask questions at any time.

Lost packages: If it has been more than 7 business days since your package was scheduled to arrive, please contact our customer service by email info@bloomberry.store. We will then do everything we can to track down your order.

Taxes: Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and will not be covered by us.
