Processing & Delivery: Processing time usually takes 1-3 business day and orders will arrive within 5-14 business days from when the order is processed (unless otherwise stated in the product description or your confirmation email). Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday – Friday.
Business Days & Holidays: All orders process and ship Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Packages do not ship from our distribution centers on weekends or the following US holidays:

Multiple Shipments: To better service our clients, we use merchandise inventory from all our partners warehouses across the US and overseas. You will receive multiple shipments when your order is being fulfilled by multiple warehouse locations. You will receive notification via email when your order is being split into multiple shipments. There is no additional shipping fee when your order is split into multiple shipments. Alternately, we may combine multiple orders into one shipment.
Tracking Orders: When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail. The majority of our orders are shipped within 2-3 business days after the order has been placed. The e-mail will contain shipment details and your tracking number. You can check on the status of your order at any time by going to the following page ``Track Order``. You can also reach out to our customer support team at email@example.com or write to us from the Contact Us page to ask questions at any time.
Lost packages: If it has been more than 7 business days since your package was scheduled to arrive, please contact our customer service by email firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then do everything we can to track down your order.
Taxes: Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and will not be covered by us.
