RETURNS POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with a Bloomberry Boutique purchase for any reason, please review our return, refund, and exchange policies below.

Whether you want a change in size or you received a wrong/damaged/faulty item, you are welcome to return any purchase within 14 days (receipt date), no matter the reason. 

  • Please send us an email (info@bloomberry.store) requesting your R.A.N (Return Authorization Number) along with your name, your order number and a short description of why it will be returned. For damaged/faulty items will request you to send us a photo(this will help us to improve our customer service upfront). 
  • Please note that products can only be returned if they are still in their original condition and packaging.
  • Only items that have been unworn, unwashed, unaltered, are free or stains and odors, and that have their original tags affixed with be eligible for return or exchange.
  • Upon approval, you will receive the RAN# and the address of the closest warehouse where you can mail the product you would like to return.
  • To assure your refund please use a traceable mail service, we will not be responsible for lost or missing returned packages. The return shipping cost is covered by you and will not be refunded unless a new product is chosen.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or the rejection of your refund. It takes up to 7-14 days to process returns and credit your total purchase amount on your credit card or original method of payment. If you paid with PayPal, you will receive a full refund to your PayPal account.

  • Items shipped to us outside of the returns window, not in new or gently used condition, without appropriate information, or not purchased at Bloomberry Boutique, will not be credited back or returned to you.
  • Sale items will not be accepted for return or refund. Intimates, beauty & care, gifts products cannot be returned or exchanged as well.

REFUNDS POLICY

EXCHANGE POLICY

If we have approved to exchange your item, we will cover the cost of shipping the new item to a destination of your choice in US. Please note that the following products can`t be exchanged: Intimates, Gifts, Beauty & Care, and on sale items. 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

We can only accept cancellations within 24 hours of the original ordering time.Once the order has been dispatched, we can't recall it or cancel it.

Any order cancellations made on bloomberryboutique.com will be subject to a cancellation fee of 0% of total cost of products cancelled regardless of the time elapsed from time of order purchased (even if it's only by a second). This percentage fee is due to cover our cancellation costs with our bank and payment gateways.
